SNSG are a Birmingham based family run business who this year celebrate 18 years of establishment within the security sector. The business has grown from a door supervision focused company to a major contender in the corporate and socially supported housing sector. The success of our company is down to hard work, combined with consistent and clear open lines of communications with all our partners.
Our portfolio consists of many long-standing partners, similarly we have a number of staff whom have been with us for over 15 years and it is a pleasure to be a company that provides a stable and reliable career to so many. The team at SNSG consists of over 250 staff working within a variety of sectors. Our team is always looking for ways to develop and educate so they are able to meet the needs of all clients, both potential and standing. We recognise that the security industry is ever changing and transforming and we relish in the inevitable challenges that this possess.
SNSG enjoy a wide market range of partnerships from contracts with Amey to Centrick and Warwick University to Birmingham City Council. Through building a reputation in all sectors we are proud to say we are highly skilled in all areas of manned security and as such have the technology to support this claim.
Since 2003 our fundamental business module has evolved to not only ensure we are market leaders in Risk Management, Crime Prevention, Counter Terrorism, and Customer Service, but we also recognise the importance of Welfare and the Safeguarding of all our service users.
Martyn Green
Managing Director
Martyn Green is a seasoned security professional with over 22 years of experience in the industry. Martyn originally joined SNSG (previously safety net) as Head Door Supervisor at Yates Wine Lodge, Tamworth in 2003. Following various personally and professional ventures Martyn returned to SNSG in 2014 and has helped steer the business in the current market place. As Managing Director of SNSG Limited, Martyn has helped develop a leading security company that provides bespoke solutions for clients across various sectors.
Martyn is a highly respected figure in the security industry and is known for his expertise, leadership, and commitment to providing exceptional service. He is a valuable asset to SNSG Limited and plays a key role in the company’s success.

Emma Hanley
Managing Director
Meet Emma Hanley, SNSG’s Relationships & operational Director.
Emma’s journey into security was not typical. Emma was an PE & Assistant Head Teacher in a large secondary school for over 15 years. Emma’s skilled in psychology and operational planning. Emma has a wealth of experience in dealing with people from all ages and backgrounds which enables her to draw the best from the work force at SNSG.
Emma joined SNSG 5 years ago. She has worked closely with the CEO and Managing Director to ensure her skills are transferable and relevant to the security industry.
Emma’s passionate about the staff at SNSG and ensures that everyone has a voice. She makes sure that both she and her team take the time to know their staff to enable them to manage effectively and thus ensures positive employee engagement.
With Emma’s fresh perspective on the security industry coupled with the security knowledge and experience of her colleagues, the collaboration to raise standards across all sectors in SNSG has been seamless.
